- Your unique discord ID ( to be able to identify you as a user ).
- Server ID ( of the message in bot chanels to identify which server you are in, in case you join multiple servers )
- Channel ID ( of the message in bot channels, to identify to which event you attend, events are channel based ).
- The additional message/content you provide for the bot ( example gear/attedance information, only message/content that start with a bot command or a bot command has been used )
The bot does not collect any other information, and does not track other information.
Example of information not tracked:
- activity
- user last active
- messages outside the bot channels
- messages that do not start with a bot command

Restricting the bot to only bot specific channels.
Due to the nature of this bot, it only works in special channel names and reads only messages with command !.
The user, or the admin can restrict the bot to access and see this channels, without any loss of functionality.
Disclosure of private information
We may disclose aggregated information, and information that does not identify any individual. Otherwise, We do not disclose private information stored in any way or form to identify an individual.
CHANGES TO OUR PRIVACY POLICY
It is our policy to post any changes we make to our privacy policy on this page. If we make material changes to how we treat our users’ personal information, the bot will inform the respective servers.
